About Me

Rosanna Marshall, MAcOM, LAc

Rosanna grew up in California with a family that used herbs and healthy diet to help stay healthy.  From an early age, she was interested in the medicinal power of plants, and Eastern healing traditions, yoga and meditation. Rosanna completed a degree in Biology at the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1998.  In 2009, she earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in Washington State.  After graduation, she travelled to Nepal where she volunteered at a busy medical clinic in the Tibetan neighborhood of Kathmandu.  There she treated more than 500 patients in 3 months and witnessed the healing power of this medical approach.  Rosanna ran a private practice in Seattle for 8 years and in 2017, sold her clinic and moved to Nashville, TN.  She practiced for 4 years at the Nesting Place in Donelson and is currently practicing at Nashville Brain and Body in East Nashville.  She has a special interest in women’s health, mental health and chronic pain, and has experience treating all ages and types of conditions.
